Weather Policies:

• Please be sure to monitor your email (including spam/junk folders), text messages, and our website for any weather cancellations.

• If a session is cancelled, we will send you an email notification and/or text message, notifying you of the cancellation. If you do not receive an update of a cancelled session, classes are on as scheduled!

• If there is predicted inclement weather, we generally try to make a decision at least one hour prior to the start of the session, but that can depend on the weather situation in the given area.
  • If we look at the radar and are unsure of the weather at your location, we will send the coach out to survey the field and let us know if we can play. In this instance, we will email and/or text you 15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
  • Soccer Shots may decide to delay session start times due to weather. In this case we suggest arriving at your location and waiting at least 10 minutes to see if the weather clears. You will still be notified by email/text if the session is then cancelled.

• Soccer Shots sessions still run in light rain, but we will cancel for storms, heavy rain, heat and poor air quality
  • Heat index above 100
  • AQI above 165
